We are Sylvia and Alexander Schwab. Our Kellerstöckl is a house full of history, where the charm of times gone by meets modern comfort – here's how it all came about.
Our story
I.Early 2022
In 2022 we – Sylvia, Alex and our daughter Amélie – moved to Southern Burgenland, and we haven't regretted it for a single day. The pace here is slower, the climate is mild and the countryside is breathtaking.
Time runs differently here.
II.Late 2022
For many years the Kellerstöckl was our own place to unwind and recharge. When we settled in Stegersbach, about 25 minutes away, we started renovating it into an idyllic holiday home.
III.Early 2023
Set in the middle of the Winten vineyards, the Kellerstöckl is the perfect alternative to our FINY HOMES in Stegersbach – because here, several guests can stay together. A special place of peace and quiet that we love to share with you.
IV.Late 2023
In mythology, the muse stands for inspiration – and that is exactly what our Kellerstöckl is meant to be: a place where you can enjoy the picturesque surroundings, the cosy atmosphere and delicious regional food and wine.
